It has good adhesion, light transmittance and weather resistance, and can tightly bond the battery cell, glass panel and backplane together to form a sealed whole.
The backplane is usually made of polymer materials, such as polyvinyl fluoride composite film (TPT) or polyethylene terephthalate (PET), which has good insulation, waterproof and aging resistance, and can protect the back of the battery cell from erosion by water vapor, dust, etc.

Theory

Rigid solar panels use high-quality silicon materials and advanced manufacturing processes, and have high photoelectric conversion efficiency. The conversion efficiency of monocrystalline silicon rigid solar panels is generally between 15%-24%, and the conversion efficiency of polycrystalline silicon rigid solar panels is generally between 12%-18%.
High conversion efficiency means that under the same lighting conditions, rigid solar panels can generate more electricity, thereby improving the overall performance of solar power generation systems.
